The this view shows the Data after the .Cdex File has been made and put in the Export Folder

Combine Events and MVDB data to Export to the Calandex Internet Private Storage where it is waiting for the designated Recipients to Import - those checked under Send Calandex File (.Cdex) ....).

The 'Add' Button (disabled since the .Cdex File has been made and sent to the Export Folder) allows you to continue to add Exported Data before the .Cdex File is made.

An E-Mail will also be sent with the Data if a Box is checked under: Send E-Mails to E-Mail Boxes. if This Box is unchecked the Sent E-Mail will just be a Notification without any Data.

Make a final review of the Data to Send.

Check the Calandex .Cdex Box & Select E-Mail recipients

The Box under .Cdex (left most) will receive Calandex Formated Data to Import.

The Box under E-Mails will receive E-Mails with the Data. When left unchecked when the .Cdex column is checked, the Client will receive a Notification E-Mail but it will not contain any Data.

You can then send .txt messages to checked Cell phones to Notify Recipients.

  E-Mails listed here are in the Group and all it's members. Note: All you need to Export is the Group to get all the E-Mail Addresses of the Group and all it's Members listed here.
  A Button is provided to access the rest of the E-Mails in the Calandex program.
  You can also enter addresses in the Box provided.

Select Phone numbers and Send a notification text message to all the checked Cell Phone Numbers if you desire. Also check Include Return Cell # in txt msg if you desire. Note: This must be enabled on your About/Register Page.

Create Go and Send the .Cdex File ( a collated Calandex III Import Formated File containing the Data and Recipient E-Mail Addresses).

Create .txt, .rtf, .html and/or .E-Mail Files from this data for local use.
The E-Mail selection creates a .txt File and presents it in your default E-Mail Composer.

Open a File, Each File type has it's own Calandex III\Folder.

Create Standard vCard File (.vcf) File for input to Smart Phones.

Access and Send an E-Mail message using your default E-Mail Client Application.

Send a text message to selected Cell Phones. If someone changes phone carriers, the text message won't work. Delete the number and then Post it in again and the carrier will change.

Export Selections
Note: This view is after the .Cdex file has been made.

Check Make the .Cdex Upload File > Calandex (.Cdex) and/or Check Make Import To Phone Files > vCard (.vcf) Make Export Selections, then Press Go

There are 3 columns with Check boxes. Select one of the first 2 or nothing will be Exported.

When the Box: Check .Cdex with E-Mail Select is checked, The .Cdex column will auto check when the E-Mail column is checked. Either can be manually unchecked.

When the Box: Check Cell Phone # with .Cdex Select is checked, The Cell Phone Column will auto check when the E-Mail column is checked. Either can be manually unchecked.

Check Include Cell Phone Number in Profile Your profile is added to the end of each Exported .Cdex File. It always contains your Registered Name, E-Mail Address and Your Share Name.

Note: It is not neccessary to select Recipient E-Mails.

Files without E-Mail selections will be saved in the \Import Folder where other local Databases can access them.

You will be notified when you make the .Cdex File and given a choice to stop mand select Recipients.

Files without Recipients cannot be 'Sent' to the cloud but all local Networks can Import them.

Files with Recipient E-Mail(s) selected will be put in the \CdexExport Folder ready to be 'Sent' to the Cloud.

Make Recipient Selections:

Send Calandex File (.Cdex) to Subject / Group - Type The Calandex III formatted .Cdex File will be sent to the Private Internet Server. The E-Mail Address (in the second column) is used as an identifier to enable it to be a Recipient of the File (even if the second column is not checked).

Send Send E-Mails to E-Mail Boxes When this column is Checked, the Recipient will receive an E-Mail with some Registration information as well as all the Data being Exported. If this column remains unchecked, the Recipient will receive an E-Mail but it will not have the Data. It is sent only as a notification and convenience.
Caution: Do not send Private information to non secure E-Mail Addresses. The .Cdex File is always secure.

Send Text to Cell Phone # This is separate from the Data Export function. It is recommended that you send a Text Message Notification just prior to Exporting the Data.

Press Send your Calandex III Files to Selected E-Mails > 'Send' this will open your Export Folder File Selector, select the File shown in the File Selector, press the 'Open' Button. Export your .Cdex File (shown to the left). Since the File is saved in the Export Folder, you can Export it later from the 'Export' Button on the Opening Page.

Note: Each Export results in a downloaded File to your \Calandex III\CdexFiles\CdexExport\ExportRcvd\ Folder with the same name as the .Cdex File except it is a .txt File. It contains an Update on your Registration along with details about the Export.
